K.R. Mangalam University Central Library serves as the academic heart of the institution, occupying a spacious 15,683 square foot facility designed to support learning, teaching, and research excellence across disciplines.

The Central Library functions as a major academic hub of the University with a rich and diverse knowledge collection supporting multidisciplinary education.
- Books: Approximately 50,000 volumes covering Engineering, Law, Management, Sciences, Humanities, and allied subjects.
- Reference & Journals: Over 2,500 reference works, 92 print journals, and access to more than 12,640 e-journal titles.
- Special Collections: Includes University dissertations, over 150 Ph.D. theses, access to more than 6 lakh theses through ShodhGanga / INFLIBNET, and specialized legal research databases.

The Library provides 24×7 online access to a wide range of scholarly digital resources supporting teaching, research, and innovation.
